MOP Environmental Announces New VP of Operations Jim Reck

Fairfield, CT, USA: MOP Environmental Solutions President and CEO James P. O’Brien today announced that James “Jim” Reck has been named Vice President of Operations for MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc.

“We are extremely pleased to introduce Jim to the MOP family and the public. His employment, we believe, sends a signal loud and clear that MOP is moving forward into the future with confidence and determination. Jim has over 30 years experience in the Business to Business sales field, including being the President of the Jim Reck Company, his own multi-million dollar national manufacturers’ rep company within the Home Improvement and Agricultural industries.

“I can think of no one who is better suited than Jim,” O’Brien continued, “to the task of rekindling relationships with former MOP customers, face to face demonstrations with potential clients, overseeing all aspects of the day to day operations of MOP.” Reck will also be responsible for MOP’s social media and web presence

Jim Reck holds a BA degree from the University of CT and a MA in Organizational Leadership from Salve Regina University. Mr. Reck will find himself immediately immersed in the fast paced process of rolling out MOP’s newest product MOP Plus, developed by Jamie O’Brien specifically for the Oil and Gas Industry.

MOP will also be closing its facilities in Bath, New Hampshire and moving corporate operations to Fairfield CT. Manufacturing of the MOP product line will also be moved to new manufacturing facilities, taking advantage of the national warehousing capabilities.

“In the coming months we will be focusing our efforts on the fundamentals,” said Mr. Reck. “Returning our focus to the patented and highly effective MOP sorbents and launching the new line, MOP Plus, that gives us ready access to the day-to-day waste reduction and management needs of the Oil and Gas Industry. This will, of course, also allow us ready access to introduce the Oil and Gas Industry to the MOP 201, 301 and 401 product lines for both maintenance and environmental needs as well. “

Reck continued, “These are very exciting times for MOP. Jamie O’Brien has provided the dynamic and forward-thinking leadership needed to position MOP as a leader in the industry. My job is to see to it that we put our collective shoulders to the wheel and make the day-to-day functions of the Company equal to the task.”

MOP also unveiled its new Toll free number (855) 899-6676 (MOPN).

MOP Environmental Solutions, Inc. (MOPN) is a publicly traded company.  MOP Maximum Oil Pickup sorbents are among the most effective oil spill recovery products on the market.
